HAL_Delay() function wait infinite not stopping after delay value?

when i call HAL_Delay(10); function code goes infinite loop why?

HAL_Delay() calls HAL_GetTick() which relies on global variable uwTick which is updated by Systick IRQ handler SysTick_Handler().

is the systick frequency correctly configured ?

Do you have an interrupt that has higher priority than systick interrupt and happens continuously ? ( lower value means higher priority on Cortex M processors)

uwTick is increment also​ systick interrupt also call but still goes in infinite loop
