Firmware Upgrade using ST25DV dynamic tag

We are developing a new product based on the STM32U073CCT6 MCU and STM25DV-I2C tag. 

Question:

Is it possible to update the STM32 firmware through the NFC tag? If so, can you provide a sample code?

Yes, according to https://www.st.com/en/nfc/st25dv-i2c-series-dynamic-nfc-tags.html

So basically you can start from any in-app firmware update example (via some other interface) but receive the data from the ST25DV.
