F303 OP AMP related inquiry

I want to control the OP AMP using F303. I opened all OP AMPs and received ADC values in the form of Follower, but OP AMP4 does not work. What's the problem?

Does OPAMP4 work as standalone (when other OPAMPs are not used)?
Based on RM0316, used pin for OPAMP output to ADC input is PB12. Is it configured properly?
