Posted on December 02, 2015 at 13:50We are studying the STM32F042x chip because it is cheap. We hope to use it with CAN bus. There is Master mode setting in the Cube tool. What I know about CAN bus, it is a multimaster bus. Every device can be a master. So that ''master'' does not make sense.
I looked at F207 device, it has a slave or master setting. Is a slave CAN bus device a some kind passive bus spy, or what.
