can i generate code by cubeMX without LIBRARY HAL

hi my friends , the HAL library is new for me and i can't to use it effect like as the old .

so , i can use the CubeMX to generate without HAL

Why would you even need CubeMX?

Just start from start and build components you need. No need CubeMX here, really!
