Is there any ways for me on generating a 1 kHz beep from STM32 timer ?

Any examples ?

Have you spent any time studying the chip documentation to learn of its timer capabilities?

Have you spent any time looking at the many examples provided with Standard Peripheral Library?

Without those prerequisites, your chances of success are quite slim.

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Of course not. You need an electroacoustic transducer to accomplish that.
