We have a design with very small production quantities (
The request at our STM representative resulted in F103R8H6 offer with a minimum order quantity of 3840 pieces and 12-16 weeks delivery time! Therefore I assume, the BGA64 never existed? If not, who is using a BGA64 and what is exact model ?2011-05-17 04:33 AM
A quick look at ST’s BGA100 & 144 shows 10mm on a side for both. Therefore you have an extra millimeter on each edge. Not the best idea. Check the size of the Luminary Micro (now TI) BGA108. If it’s 9x12 and not square the 9 side might work for you. Good luck.

If you didn't like the LTC1661 because of setting time (30uS), then you are going to be real disappointed with the MAX5533 (660uS). :-[
Of course, the DAC in the micro has a setting time of 3-4uS. But package size and availability seems to be a major problem. Here is another possibility for your DAC (Analog Devices AD5623RBCPZ). This is a Dual, 12 bit, serial DAC, Internal Reference, voltage output, 3-4.5uS setting time, small package.http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/Data_Sheets/AD5623R_5643R_5663R.pdf
Good Luck.
