32H563Zi can't work in VDD=1.8V?

Hi, Sir:

 Currently using H563ZI (MB1404C) to develop programs.
When VDD=3.3V, MCU works normally
When VDD=1.8V, the MCU functions abnormally (USB function fail), but the specification indicates that it can support VDD=1.8V. Where should I set this on the EVK?

Hello @Charles63,

what is the voltage on VDDUSB? Is it same as VDD? If yes, and you are using USB, it must be above 3.0V.

BR,
Jaroslav

hi, Sir

H563ZI(MB1404C) EVB

  • VDD = 3.3V + VDD_USB = 3.3V --> USB function is normal
  • VDD = 1.8V + VDD_USB = 3.3V --> USB function abnormality
