Unable to Flash Firmware on STEVAL-SPIN3202 – ST-LINK V2 Detected but Target Not Connecting

Hi Team,

I am working with the STEVAL-SPIN3202 evaluation board and facing an issue while trying to flash firmware to the target MCU.

Setup Details:

Board: STEVAL-SPIN3202
Programmer: Onboard ST-LINK
Tool: STM32CubeIDE

Issue Description:

ST-LINK is detected in STM32CubeProgrammer but not able to connect to the target MCU STM32F103CBT6
Programming fails consistently
