Hello,
I have two IHM02A1 development boards stacked on top of an STM32F401. My goal is to control 3 stepper motors asynchronously in a daisy chain configuration. Currently I can control the two stepper motors connected to the bottom IHM02A1, but the third motor motion mirrors the first, and cannot be controlled asynchronously. I suspect this is due to the SDI/SDO daisy chain configuration. I believe, since I am using a daisy chain, the same CS pin can be used for both IHM02A1's. Is this correct?
Also, according to UM1964, SB10, SB26, SB11 and SB32 are used to configure the SDI/SDO connections. But it is not clear which solder bridges need to be closed/open for stacking two IHM02A1. The default configuration on both stacked boards is SB10-open, SB26-closed, SB11-open, SB32-closed.
Can someone direct me as to the proper solder bridge configuration for stacking two IHM02A1's with correct CS and SDI/SDO connections?
Thanks,
