Hello,
I finally have my 70W 6PP BLDC motor running after lots of digging around the forum.
I am using hall sensors (with unknown placement offset) and configured the board hard and software-wise (remove jumpers JP9-11 and close JP5-7).
Unfortunately I can not get the motor to run properly on slower speeds.
When going below ~500rpm, the motor starts to stutter and make a loud "whistling" noise.
I tried changing the electrical placement offset in 10° steps and it got a bit better, but not 100%.
Edit: The reliability of the RPM gauge-graph is flipping between 200 and 800rpm when setting the speed to 500rpm.
When running at 1000rpm it is between 980 and 1020 (which is completely acceptable of course).
I know those information are vague - but does anyone know what might be the cause of this?
Many thanks and best regards
Christoph

Dear @CSchw.2
What are the characteristics and reference of your motor?
Best regards
