STs motor control software development kit provides all you need for the development of your motor control application based on the STM32 F0, F1, F2, F4 and now F3 (release v3.4) MCUs. It supports up to two PMSMs using any combination of current reading topologies and speed/position sensors, including sensorless operation. Application development and optimization is facilitated by the PC based MC Workbench software. This GUI sets SDK parameters, real-time access to control variables including their display on a virtual oscilloscope.

On the home page of STSW-32100 the user manual reports already to Version 4.0 of the SDK. There are mentioned more projects for MDKARM we want to use.

UM1080:

Quick start guide for STM32F PMSM single/dual FOC SDK V4.0

One is: Installation folder\Project\MDK-ARM\STM32F4xx_Workspace.uvmpw

Where and when can I download the

STSW-32100

FOC SDK Version 4.0? A prerelease is o.k. too.

Now the Release note are also updated to 4.0, but the download is still 3.4

RN0085:

Please update the download target too

Thank you for the answer. Can you define ''imminent'' in days?

If the release is not this week, I have to convert the IAR projects myself to MDK-ARM projects, but the projects already exist, as mentioned in the manuals of 4.0.

The plan is to release it by the end of next week with full support of Keil IDE.

Hello Gigi

The ''end of next Week'' is over. Do you already have a link to the release. In the online store there is still the Version 3.4.
