I developed a board based on STM32F103 to control a BLDC motor and use motorcontrol 5.4 for software development. 310 V motor with power of 3000 W and 3000 rpm. I adjusted all the controls and started the engine at 1000 rpm. Then I increase the speed, but at 2500 rpm the speed starts to float and the power jumps.
I changed different settings and PWM frequency, but the speed detection always fails at 2500 rpm.
What could be the problem?
How to increase power readings in motorcontrol? Maximum power on screen 200W
