STM32F303VE Primary Bootloader access problem - System memory configuration

Hello ST Community,

I�m trying to configure the boot mode to System memory in the STM32303EVAL board to evaluate the serial bootloader (USART1). I understand from the user manuals that to config the bootloader , the BOOT0 pin (Hard control) as well as the nBOOT1 bit  (Soft control ) should be enabled.

I have tried programming the nBOOT1 option bit with the help of  STM32 ST-LINK utility but the option byte programming fails. I have attached the screenshots for your reference.

Please help me to access the system memory boot. I use Flash loader demonstrator application to download the code to the internal flash.
