New to this. Downloaded the USB driver. See the driver in Control Panel/Device Manager. On the board: One solid green, one flashing green LED, LED next to the comm USB is Red and I cannot Putty into it at 115200.8.1.N.N. What am I doing wrong? Win 10

I am not actually sure what this board is called. There was an offer online on Facebook for the evaluation board to be used with a class on learning IOT integration with AWS. So I purchased that kit. I got this board and a slip of paper with QR code on it. Tried that link and video. Not much luck so far.
I have not uploaded nor downloaded anything, no code yet, of the board itself, just the USB driver.
I cannot seem to talk to the board using putty.

Yes, that is the board. Mine differs slightly in that it says MB1551C and has some circuitry differences, but is overall the same as your pic
