Ethernet KS8721BLI RMII STM32F746VGT6

Good day. I have successfully mastered Etnernet on the Discovery STM32F746. Now you need to solder the board with KS8721BLI and STM32F746VGT6. Can't get ping. I do not know where the error is in the program or in the connection. Please help me properly connect the chips and create a project in Cube. Thank!
