Does anyone know where I can find a stm32f0xx standard peripheral library reference manual? I saw other posts from 2014 saying that it was expected to be released soon, but there doesn't seem to be one that exists other than for i2c communication.

It's not listed in their "Resources" page and it doesn't show up on Google. Probably doesn't exist.
