I am new to this. May I know how to develop custom bootloader for STM32F407xx? Is there any sample code exists or any document exists which helps me in developing custom bootloader for STM32F407xx?

There are the IAP (In-Application Programming) examples on the resource pages for the device, the STM32F4-DISCO has a firmware upgrade example using a USB Flash drive..
