AT+CEREG response is "+CEREG: 0,4", where 4 means "Unknown", even when connected to the Network. The modem is LBAD0ZZ1SE in stm32l462re board

I am currently working with TYPE1SE Modem (LBAD0ZZ1SE) in the stm32l462re board. I am having an issue where the modem response to the command AT+CEREG? is "+CEREG: 0,4", where 4 means "Unknown (for example, out of Evolved Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN) coverage)" from what I searched. The modem is connected since I can successfuly PING the NBIOT network. Is there a reason for this response "+CEREG: 0,4" or something I can do to make the response appear as "Registered" instead of "Unkown"?

Thank you in advance for your time and attention.

The LBAD0ZZ1SE is a module that contains an STM32, but was developed and programmed by Murata.

Here in the forum, however, technical problems with products from STMicroelectronics are discussed.

You can probably get better support from Murata or their forum?
