When debug STM32F030RCT6 with Keil V5.29, can't find MCU with J-link.
j-LINK have been updated to the latest version.
How to do that?

Has this CPU/Board ever worked or connected properly?
Is the NRST pin connected on the debug interface?
Try connecting when BOOT(0) pin is HIGH​

Yes, the signal is connected properly. Connect the 20pin cable to ST_LINK. It can be debugged with ST_link. But can't debug with J link
