As @Peter BENSCH said, it's a USB Mini - not Micro.

A random example on Amazon:

This is stated in the User Manual although, indeed, it's not at all easy to read:

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Welcome @lad_324617, to the community!

This is Mini-USB, not Micro-USB. Unfortunately, cables with Mini-USB connectors are now hard to come by, since USB-C has even replaced Micro-USB.

Hope that helps?

/Peter
