The 3 footprint LQFP-64, LQFP-64-M, LQFP-64-L are for the same device package 10x10mm body and 12x12mm including pins. Take a good look at what is displayed by choosing "Detailed View".

Only the dimensions of the pads change.

Choose the one that best suits your application or your company's rules.

What CAD do you use?

With Diptrace there are variant for the same package: the size of the pads are different if you do manual soldering or machine soldering (machine can use smaller pads).

I looked at the proposed footprints.

They are all for the same package, only the pads dimension change. You can see this selecting "Pin detail view". The _M variant is obviously for manual soldering.

Thank you for your reply,

Where you can see this Package information?

I downloaded the CAD for EAGLE from the recources section.

I think the soldering is done by machine.

How they have the same package? There are 3 diffrent sizes, Like @AScha.3 mention in his comment
