Unable to match datasheet STOP power consumption - NUCLEO L053R8

Hello,

I compiled and loaded the official reference example for STOP PWR with no RTC STM32CubeL0/Projects/NUCLEO-L053R8/Examples/PWR/PWR_STOP at master ยท STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeL0 into the NUCLEO-L053R8 board.

I am unable to match the maximum consumed power @25C, which is rated at max 1uA.

I read about 2.2uA on the JP6 jumper.

Is that still fine?

Many thanks

Best Regards

Marco Peli

Have you taken care to disconnect all leakage paths to the ST-Link?

See: https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus-embedded-software/how-to-check-stop-mode-current-consumption-on-nucleo-l073-board/m-p/763447

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Hello,

I compiled and loaded the official reference example for STOP PWR with RTC STM32CubeL4/Projects/NUCLEO-L476RG/Examples/PWR/PWR_STOP2_RTC at master ยท STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeL4 into the NUCLEO-L476RG board.

I am unable to match the maximum consumed power @25C, and I read about 8uA on the JP6 jumper.

Is that still fine?

Many thanks
