STM32H757 VCAP problem with output voltage 2.1v

Hello, I am having a huge problem with my development board that has a stm32f103 and STM32H757IIT6 on board.
The stm32F103 works perfectly. However, I have a problem with the H757.... I have a 3.3v power supply fed to it and decoupling resistors for each:
Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors MLCC - SMD/SMT 50V 0.1uF X7R 0402 10%:
- VDD 100nF
- VDDA 100nF

Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors MLCC - SMD/SMT KGM05HR50J475MH NEW GLOBAL PN 6.3V 4.7uF A 581-:
- VDDLDO 4.7uF:

The H757 has 3 VCAP outputs and each has a 2.2uF capacitor:
Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors MLCC - SMD/SMT 2.2 uF 10 VDC 10% 0402 X7R.

The power supply on the board is stable at 3.18v all the time
I can connect via ST-LINK to STM32F103 without any problem.

STM32H757 does not respond....
According to the documentation the VCAP should be 1.1v so something worked but I don't know exactly what.... I wanted the H757 to work in LDO mode.
In addition, I connected VDD33_USB and VDD50_USB to 3.3v (yes I know, it was ***) I cut the paths already to VDD50 and VDD33 but it didn't help.

In addition, I connected VDDSMPS to 3.3v through a 100nF resistor. I cut this path recently but it also completely did not help.

Did I fry the STM32H757 through some stupidity?

Check part orientation. Pin 1 is bottom left when text is oriented normally.

Show clear hi-resolution pictures of the board.

@TDK
Here is pics of my board. Orientation looks good :(

I fixed what I broke myself!!! two of the three VDDLDOs had no connection to 3.3v.... I moved the paths somewhere during the design.... Thank you, topic solved. The board works and H757 reports via stlink
