Hello, I have been having issues trying to get my STM32F411 PCB working with the USB-C bootloader, currently the device is not even being recognized at all by my computer. When checking with a multimeter I have found that D+ is not pulled high by the internal pull-up. I have checked for shorts, faults in wiring but I have yet to find any. The STM32's VDD pins are receiving 3.18V as well. The HSE I am using is a YXC X322512MSB4SI. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you.
