STM32 Black Pill not detected by ST-Link

I Recently bought a STM32F411CEU6 . It was working fine till i shorted two pins by mistake.
The STM IDE says no target found when i try to upload the code .
Only the power LED turns on but the USER LED doesn't.
(The ST-Link still detects my Blue pill properly)

Have i Killed it ?
Please help me out
