STLINK-V3MINI failed to find the target MCU, and there is no current consumption detected from IDP..

Hello, I'm trying to use the STEVAL BFA001V2B to control and monitor an industrial machine for my graduation project. I followed all the steps described in the UM2663 user manual. However, when I powered up the sensors node, I noticed that there is no current consumption displayed on the power supply screen. Additionally, when I connect the STLINK-V3MINI, a new disk appears in my laptop's disk manager. This disk contains two .TXT files. The FAIL.txt file shows the message "The interface firmware FAILED to reset/halt the target MCU," and the DETAILS.txt file displays the following information:

Version: 0221 Build: Jan 11 2019 17:19:24

My question is, could the sensors node (20230623_125327.jpg20230623_125340.jpg20230623_125410.jpg20230623_125512.jpg) be defective?

The error indicates that the debug port cannot control the target MCU, I am also having this issue on some 407VG boards since the last CubeIDE update.

Maybe STM engineers will look at the problem, or probably they won't, but we can hope!

To see a current consumption of the board, first set the power supply to provide the required voltage. It can be 3.3V or more, please consult with electronics specialist in your school to avoid damage.

If the power supply limits the current, set the limit high enough.

On our boards the link failure was caused by a bad component on SB9 not shorting the link.  Looks like a batch of bad STM boards.  I did post a photo of the boards.
