I have a stlink v3set. mcu are stm32f723iek6. To me it is not possible to select mcu target. Can you give to me an idea how to select apropriate target?

+ what is target cpu ? v3+mb1440 is just programmmer+adapter .

You don't program the IC on the ST-LINK/V3SET, it is an intermediary connection with an STM32 Target on your own board

PC -> ST-LINK -> TARGET STM32

If you want a board with the debugger, and a target chip, look at the NUCLEO or DISCO boards.
