I am getting a problem with STM32F103RBT6. The problem in pin of microcontroller. I am use the pin for a button . but microcontroller after some month or days the pin short to GND(pin to GND resistance is 68 ohm with power OFF and ON time).

I don't really understand the problem. I have used STM32F103RBT6 and it is extensively used in production for years. I have never come across such issues.

A schematic of the circuit (just the bare essentials) and why you think it has been shorted to ground might be helpful.

i am use PA1 pin for button but is show to shorted to GND . if try to give the 3.3v and i am getting 20milli amp on this pin.

Sounds silly, but have you tried with another button?

Are external voltages somehow involved? It is easy to kill an STM32 with voltages above the maximum rating.

Certainly sounds like something is electrically wrong with the circuit/implement. Perhaps poor grounding of associated boards/devices, or ESD damage from people touching the system, and the easiest conduction path is via the MCU
