Compatibility of STLINK-V3MODS SWD Pins with 3.3V MCU Logic Levels

Hello ST Community,

I have a question regarding the compatibility of the STLINK-V3MODS SWD pins with my MCU's SWD pins, which operate at 3.3V. Do I need to use logic level shifters between them, or are the STLINK-V3MODS SWD data signals fully compatible with 3.3V logic levels? Additionally, can I connect them without using logic shifters, and if so, would that be safe for stable operation?

Thank you for your assistance!

Your 3.3V falls between 3.0V and 3.6V - so that's fine!

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
