Am working on NUCLEO STM32F401RE , so after debugging the code, am facing this issue. Please advise for this, so i can work speedy. Target no device found Error in initializing ST-LINK device. Reason: No device found on target.

Reason: No device found on target.

Hallo @kabid.1​ ,

I advise you to refer to this FAQ: How to solve debugger connection issues.

Check if all jumpers are correctly configured.

Try using latest release of STM32Cubeprogrammer, and make sure to upgrade the ST-LINK/V2-1 firmware.

Try connect to "Under reset" mode.
