I am Using ST25DV04KC-IE8C3 In My Project as NFC Tags and Readers as well as Energy Harvesting. In Our Project, we are using  STM32L4A6VGT6 as the main MCU so, can we use energy harvesting and operate STM32L4A6VGT6 with other peripherals like reading a External flash, etc ???

Hello, 

It is difficult to answer as I don't know how much current your application will draw.
Also, the amount of current you can draw from energy harvesting is very dependent on RF conditions: antenna size, distance from reader, antennas coupling, reader power etc.

It is usually possible to power an STM32L but is really depends on other devices present on the board and on RF conditions.
