Why stdriveg600 high side driver loses pulses? Can someone help me?

The circuit diagram is as follows,C1 is 0.1uf,VCC is 6V。

I have the following problem:

with a 100khz pwm signal (Dead Time=300ns) and with a power supply around 50v, When the current frequency is 100hz, the high side driver of the ic stdriveg600 starts to lose pulses and in general work in bad way.

The more higher the current frequency, the more serious the phenomenon。

What could be the reason?

The curretnt  frequency is 100Hz

i cannot read Chinese... :(

but just guessing: try bigger C1 , boot cap; 1...10uF (ceramic, close to chip). (i use always this size.)

Thank you for your reply!I have written again. I used to do it with your method, but the inverter's upper and lower bridge arms eventually short-circuited and exploded(My English is not very good)

In this way, pulse loss seems to still exist

This is not the case for all inverter Bridges, and there are still  few parts that work properly

so keep 100n boot cap. :)

+ just try:  add back diode
