Can anybody know the shortcoming of St72141 comparing with

DSP? As I know DSP can driving the motor in wide speed range.

what is the speed limitation of driving a BLDC(compressor) motor?

If ST72141 can be used for driving IPM in low frequency (eg.3-5K)because you know low frequency IPM is cheaper than the one of high frequency?
