Traceability would come from subsequent lines on part. Indication fabs, plant and date codes.​

Not exactly, but you should be able to cross-check the lable​. Assembled on different lines, a week apart.

This is the label information, but some of the code been removed. So not sure if the marking on the device is comply with the label trace code or not.

If someone offers devices with labels where the Bulk ID and/or parts of the trace code(s) have been made unrecognisable, a lot of scepticism is always (!) appropriate because the person has something to hide. Either they are counterfeits or illegal resales.

The trace code alone is not sufficient for a well-founded statement.
