Hello all,
I'm currently building a power distribution module based on VNF1048F e-fuses. I want to limit the amount of power supplied to the receiver. I would like to do it with PWM output on VNF1048F, does anyone know how fast can the gate output be switched with this IC? I'm looking for a value around 250Hz. If it's not possible to do so the idea of a dirty walkaround came to my mind to add another transistor between the VNF1048F output and MOSFET gate.
Can it have any side effects on device operation?
