Supply Voltage L6229Q

Hi,

I am using the BLDC driver -L6229Q. I can see that the recommended operating conditions for the supply voltage is between 8 to 52 V.

What are the effects of supplying a lower voltage 6V? or 7V? 

After testing it I have't seen any difference in the results.

P.S - Is there a similar driver that can work with those supply voltages?
