Hello, would it cause any issues if 'PWR_GND' (highlighted in green) and 'SGN_GND' (highlighted in pink) are not referenced to the same ground?

Welcome @Hasan06, to the community!

yes, 'PWR_GND' and 'SGN_GND' must be galvanically connected to the same GND. But of course, these two GNDs must be separated from each other as much as possible in terms of high frequency by a suitable layout so that no ground bouncing occurs on the input side due to the large ripple currents on the power side. For an example of how something like this can be done, you can take a look at the GERBER layout of the STEVAL-IPM10B.
