Hi,
within the Practispin (Powerspin) system, it can be used the EVALPRACTISPIN (ST7 based controller) PCB and the standard L6208 eval PCB to make a two board microstepping demo. The Practispin GUI and app notes are readily available on and more specific application notes are dedicated to microstepping concepts. On this subject, please, see AN1495 and AN2044. Dear motor99 user,
in by entering the word ''Practispin'' in the Search Keyword box, you will collect a lot of information on this motor drive kit, including the software for PC. In particular, in this pagehttp://www.st.com/stonline/products/support/practispin/practispin.htm#sw
there are links for different executables according to ICs you intend to use. Best regards, Tanio2011-05-17 01:13 AM
Hi Tanio, thanks a lot. but now I am looking for the EVALpractiSPIN FW. I thought to assemble it, but where can I find the ST72264 to interface the bridges eval board with the PC? is it free? thanks !!! :D
