Does anyone know the power rating for the internal fet on the discharge pin 8? I need to use a 50 uf 5 volt cap due to long ramp time requirement on Soft Start and my concern is to exceed the energy rating of this internal device during the discharge cycle. I calculate 100 uJ energy.
Additional question. Is this device scheduled for EOL?
