Regarding ST1PS02. Which is current drained from logic inputs D0 D1 D2 when connected to Vin?
Is it safe to pullup them to VOUT, i.e., can it cause startup issues?
Thanks for the attention.

D0, D1 and D2 are high impedance logic inputs, so their input current is generally negligible and should be in the order of nanoamperes.
The same maximum voltage is specified for D0, D1 and D2 as for VIN. Since this is a buck regulator, you can also connect D0, D1 and D2 to VOUT.

Thanks for your response Peter.
My question about connecting pull ups to Vo was because at startup, when the IC is powered, Vo is initally 0, so I was not sure that in the transient phase, when Vo is rising, things actually go as it should do, i.e. pull ups seeing the right voltage value. Also because the output value itself depends directly on those pull ups.

Ah, now I understand the background to your question. I can reassure you that the pull-ups at the inputs read the correct logic value even when switching on.
