The datasheet (https://www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/spv1050.pdf) mentions that the STORE voltage during initial start is charged through a charge pump, when in boost configuration.
However, when I set my load to 0 V and input to 2 V, it sure seems it's simply charging STORE through the body diode of the high side switch, with currents around 200 mA.
How is the inrush supposed to be limited, is my part simply faulty?
The actual use case would be 3.3 volts from fresh AA batteries on input, and a 1F supercap on the STORE. Can't use the BAT pin, as the pass transistor resistance is way too high.
