Looking at the ST spice model for STN4NF20L i see only
.SUBCKT STN4NF20L 1 2 3
There is no text note in the spice model file as to what the assumed pin ordering may be.
The nodes in the model have no helpful names like DRAIN GATE SOURCE.
Yes I can figure it out given time but life is short and so is my schedule.
Other ST spice models define the pin ordering so there is no issue with use but not for the STN4NF20L model it seems.
Does ST have a convention for pin node ordering when it is not defined?
Can anyone help out on this?
