Posted on May 17, 2011 at 10:19we use L6208 for bipolar stepper motor control. what would be the effect of using normal wire wound resistors as RSENSE ?

wire wound resistors present, generally, a high inductance, that can lead to unwanted spikes below GND on the device OUT pins.
