Looking fro high speed LED driver

Hello,

Not sure that the product I'm looking for exist. It should behave like LED driver but after looked through different LED I didn't find a product that meet my requirements:

• can drive 1 ... 15 LEDs connected in series
• have a possibility to change current through LEDs (not by PWM !)
• have a possibility to switch ON/OFF LEDs rapidly ... to assure bitrate 200kb/sec

Does such a product exist ?

Depends on a led, some have Vf = 1.8, some 3.5V. So, 15x3.5 = 52.5V in linear mode. Also current, 20 mA or more?

For low current low voltage OPA may be an option, or OPA buffered by transistor for high CV

This is what I would like to clarify: so there is no LED driver that matches my custom requirements (i.e. an integrated solution that encompasses the DCDC converter and LED control elements - ON/OFF and current) and the only solution is what you suggest + boost converter.

P.S. For Vf indeed, it's about 3.3V, current - about 20 mA

Right, existing LED driver all have PWM engine.
