Where I can find longevity data for RF LDMOS eg. PD55003, PD55008, PD55015, PD55025, PD55035STR1-E?

As you can see from the data sheets, all components except the PD55035STR1-E are several years old. But that doesn't mean anything as long as the worldwide demand justifies further production.

Beyond this, there is no further information on product longevity.
