I'd like to use L9963E to measure the AC impedance of the battery at 1 kHz. It requires applying 100 mA current at 1 kHz to the battery and measuring the voltage at 1 kHz, probably with 10 kSample/second or more. Is it possible? Or should I use another product?

May i ask you, why measure AC impedance ? (To check, how "old" is battery ?)

What range (in mOhm) you want to check ? (at 100mA : 1mOhm is 100uV ...)

The voltage response is about a few mV to tens of mV when applying 100 mA to 1 A, at 1 kHz. Can L9963E read as fast as 10 kSample/second? and can it measure a few mV (AC) with 0.1mC accuracy?

rtfm...
I see:
So 3 kSample/second is max. , at
600uV rms resolution, = about +/- 1 mV .
