I am currently using the X-NUCLEO-IHM15A1 Shield with the NUCLEO_F401RE MCU board to evaluate the use of the STSpin840 Motor driver using a single 12VDC motor. During the programming and debug process the motor will automatically start turning. Because of my final product setup this can't happen or it could phycially break thrings if it turns too far. How would I go about preventing the STSpin840 from telling the motor to turn unless the MCU it's connected to tells it to?
