I can't find a special component to repair a device. Can anyone help me. See details and photos below. Thanks in advance.

Here are pictures of the component I'm looking for.

This comes from a control board for a rear light (Led) from an Aston Martin DB9 - 2005.

There are 4 on the board and one of them is burnt.

I can not find this component in the trade and impossible to find an equivalent.

It was the STP19NE06L, an n-ch FET in DPAK, 60V, 24A, 40mohms (max), 13nC, meanwhile obsolete:
