0693W00000Y7VxxQAF.pngHello Everybody,

i would like to design my first PD Board using the STUSB4700 IC. Since i´m quite new to PD IC´s i thought it would be best practice to just follow the typical use case: "Power supply - buck topology" as seen in the datasheet. While replicating that schematic i ran into some problems.

  1. The recommened STL6P3LLH6 is not available on LCSC, so i changed them for HSS06P03 is this okay?
  2. Also the schottky-diode STPS5L25B is not available on LCSC and this time i´m not able to find an equivalent diode. can someone recommend me one or is it even possible to leave it out?
  3. later on i would like to add more ports. How would that work with reference to the powerregulator. Is it recommended to have one for every port or get a stronger one to handle them all?
  4. is it possible to change the type-c port for a regular type-a?

also if someone could also have a brief look over my current schematic, to spot any mistakes, that would be really awsome!

thank you in advance and kind regards from austria
